The Clovis Police department and City of Clovis are putting
on a FREE community shredding event for Clovis residents on Saturday, February
9, 2019 from 9:00AM to 2:00PM (or until the trucks are full). The event
will be located in the southwest parking lot of Sierra Vista Mall (by the old
movie theater near Clovis Ave and Santa Ana). Each person is allowed to
bring 6-8 bankers boxes of documents to shred.
This has been a
well-organized event in past years and is a great opportunity for you to safely
dispose of your personal documents, at no cost. They will also have
Clovis Police and other community partners out there for you to meet if you
wish. So, if you have old documents lying around the house, take
advantage of this free community event to protect your personal information and
get a head start on your Spring cleaning!
